Scott F. Jensen, Owner and Inspector
Scott has been a home inspector in Bismarck-Mandan for over 30 years! Scott grew up in Bismarck and graduated from Bismarck High School. He attended NDSU and graduated from NDSCS in Wahpeton, ND where he received his degree in Electrical Technology.
Scott started Professional Property Inspections in 1989 as the first such home inspector in the State of North Dakota. He completed his home inspector training - working alongside industry veterans in Minneapolis, Chicago, Washington DC and New York City. Since then, Scott has traveled and worked across the state with thousands of residential and commercial clients, accessing their properties before purchase and allowing them to make the right decision when buying a new home or building. Scott also offers Radon testing as part of his inspection services. ND has a high rate for radon emissions through concrete basement slabs and it is important to be aware of these levels before purchase. He is also certified in mold air quality testing and asbestos through Pro Labs of Weston, Florida.
Scott has three grown children and three grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys working on vintage snow mobiles and jet skis as well as teaching his grandson how to hammer a nail!
